Since 2015, Iris handled thousands of bankruptcy cases. She has created this boutique law firm so that her experience and attention to detail will create a personalized touch to make your life easier during this process. Over the years, she has invested on perfecting streamlined and efficient processes to provide her client the resources to make this experience as easy as possible. She wants to help her clients navigate a successful journey.

Iris is empathetic with her clients but assertive with creditors. She gained her many years of experience by representing both debtors and creditors (including fortune 500 companies, such as Bank of America) in bankruptcy cases. This means, she thoroughly understands the arguments of the different parties, which is all better to assist you in trying to get that discharge. She has spoken on a panel as a Bankruptcy Expert on webinars and trained a multitude of people on bankruptcy.

Iris wants to help her clients full circle: services that occur before bankruptcy, such as review of credit reporting, and representation for foreclosure, repossessions and garnishments (civil litigation). The bankruptcy filing itself, if it’s the right option for the client. And after bankruptcy, credit repair and growing your financial wealth with your new clean slate.

She graduated with honors at the University of Florida and was the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association while obtaining her Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University. She is barred to practice law in Florida, Maryland and California.
